About CellsAndCraft

CellsAndCraft makes spreadsheet templates for people who sell what they make.

Handmade sellers are great at their craft, but the numbers behind it are easy to get wrong: a material that was never counted, postage on "free shipping", Etsy's fees taking a bigger bite than expected, or hours of work that never made it into the price. Our templates put those numbers in one place, so you can see what a sale really earns and set prices with confidence.

What we make

• Pricing calculators for handmade products in general and for specific crafts, from crochet and candles to pottery and laser engraving.
• Finance & profit tools that subtract every Etsy fee from your orders, check your Etsy Ads and summarize your year.
• Organization tools for inventory, orders and craft fairs.

How we work

Every template works in free Google Sheets and in Excel, comes with clearly marked sample data and a short "Start Here" guide, and keeps fee rates as editable settings. We design the templates ourselves, using AI-assisted tools for parts of the formulas and text, then build and test every tab by hand with sample data.

We sell through our Etsy shop, so checkout, payment and your download are handled by Etsy.

Independent

CellsAndCraft is an independent business. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc. Our templates organize your own numbers and are not tax, legal or accounting advice.
